Creating value and giving meaning – these are the two values that drive me, both personally and professionally, and have been cultivated throughout my career. I started out at a consulting company where I helped a large number of engineers launch their professional careers. Then I joined the management committees of two engineering firms. Later I became part of major automotive-equipment manufacturer that puts customer satisfaction at the heart of its strategy.
Over the years, I’ve learned to listen to my clients’ needs and understand their expectations, and I’ve loved being committed to their success. So naturally, I fully embrace WAYDEN’s values, which place people at the heart of the company’s actions and transition management at the heart of their dynamics.
As an associate director, I share this quote from Steve Jobs: “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
