In 2021, WAYDEN became the exclusive partnership for France of the international interim management network, IXPA – Global Executive Solutions.

IXPA is one of the world’s leading networks in interim management. It has a presence in 29 countries on 4 continents through 19 offices.

Bureau Veritas Certification

The issue of mission monitoring is crucial for WAYDEN. We have a precise methodology, which has been written, labelled and audited by Bureau Veritas Certification since 2025. All of our processes are labelled, thus ensuring a homogeneous quality of intervention, a high level of requirement and transparency at each stage of the mission.

Lucie 26,000 label

WAYDEN obtained the Lucie 26,000 CSR label in 2021. Since then, we have continued our actions to ensure the sustainability of our approach.

France Transition

WAYDEN has been a member of France Transition since 2015, and its Vice-President since 2025.

France Transition (ex: FNMT) is the professional federation that brings together all companies whose main activity is interim management and which adhere to the association’s Charter of Ethics and Ethics. France Transition contributes to the structuring of the market and sets the standards of the profession.

WAYDEN has been a member since 2022.

As the 1st community of human resources professionals, the ANDRH has been defending the interests of its members for more than 75 years and supporting the major changes that impact the world of work and the HR function. The ANDRH now brings together more than 6,000 members, HR directors, HR experts, from all sectors.

American Chamber of Commerce France

WAYDEN has been a member since 2022.

AmCham France, the American Chamber of Commerce in France, was founded in 1894 to promote economic exchanges between France and the United States.

As a platform for meeting, reflection and exchange, AmCham France acts as a link between the political, economic and academic worlds. It now brings together more than 200 leading French and American companies as well as many academic and economic partners attached to the transatlantic relationship.

WAYDEN has been a member since 2022.

MEDEF Paris is the 1st network of entrepreneurs in Paris. Nearly 10,000 Parisian companies (direct members and via federations) trust MEDEF Paris, representing more than 500,000 employees.
The organization represents and defends the interests of companies in Paris.

50+ Charter

WAYDEN has been a signatory since 2024.

The 50+ Charter, initiated by Club Landoy and the L’Oréal Group, is an inter-company movement committed to promoting employment, experienced employees and working concretely for social progress. By signing the charter, companies are mobilizing in favor of 10 key commitments.

In 2025, the Ministry of Labour and Employment is launching an ambitious communication campaign to engage society as a whole to recognise the value of experience and to fight against age-related stereotypes, which are still too present in the professional world.
