What is an interim manager?

The interim manager is an experienced and operational manager capable of intervening quickly within a company to manage a critical situation, steer a strategic project or support a major change or transformation. He has a dual skill: solid business expertise (finance, industry, supply chain, HR, IT, etc.) and a strong ability to adapt to new and demanding environments.
