1. BACKGROUND
The Client, a French company specialising in the manufacture and marketing of joinery, as well as other materials and supplies for home furnishings, left a French group specialising in the production, processing and distribution of materials because it was acquired by an investment fund in June 2021.
The Client benefited from the group’s SSC for all its support functions. The Client had to become independent in a number of professions.
The Payroll Director, who arrived in August 2022 for the creation of the payroll department, has undertaken the implementation of an HRIS and social benefits tool on the group scope, which includes 1,100 employees in distribution, 380 employees at headquarters and 1,800 industrial employees spread over 9 factories.
2. DISPOSITION
In order to create flows between the different ATM, expense report, development and HR management tools and to support the teams on the portal, Antoine JEAN will take charge of these different tasks, pending recruitment.
Antoine has a great knowledge of HRIS and payroll tools. He has already been involved in a total HRIS migration during various assignments with a complete review of payroll settings and implementation of HR management, in a context of shareholder buyout.
3. MISSION
The purpose of the mission is to help the Payroll, HRIS and Benefits Director and her team to set up the ADP tool.
Antoine JEAN will upgrade the payroll tool to new modules in order to manage employee savings, NAOs, ATM and to establish a reliable data transfer, and create flows as part of a change of ATM tool.
