1. BACKGROUND
In 2020, the industrial division of a family-owned group specialising in the bakery, pastry, pastry and catering market underwent a change of General Management and the establishment of a new Management Committee.
This new organization has put in place a transformation plan in order to repay and capitalize the debt.
2. DISPOSITION
As part of a warehouse reorganization, the customer wants to call on an interim manager. This first 2-month mission may be extended for another 2 months.
The interim manager, Romain LANGLOIS, an expert in warehouse management and logistics, will be in charge of the handling teams so that the shipment of products complies with the expectations and deadlines requested by customers.
3. MISSION
Romain LANGLOIS’ main missions are:
- Support for the teams and the warehouse manager on duty
- The WMS implementation
- The reorganization of the warehouse
