My challenge
Despite the course, my journey so far has been rather atypical. My professional history is rooted in a military family with a period spent at a Napoleonic institution that shaped my human values and my discipline.
I also had a sunny childhood, split between various French territories and overseas, which gave me a great open-mindedness.
I naturally gravitated towards higher education in international business, and more specifically towards the German market.
But the adventure didn’t end there. I moved abroad, spending extended periods in Spain and then Colombia, a wonderful country of contrasts where optimism reigns despite its tumultuous history. With an exceptional team of passionate individuals, I coordinated numerous projects, including galas and partnerships, to raise funds in conjunction with the French Embassy, supporting various foundations and providing invaluable assistance to the disadvantaged local population.
These experiences, rich in authentic encounters, have stimulated my emotional intelligence, strengthened my agility, and deepened my concern for others. These qualities are essential for me in my role as Director of the Talent Hub, where I act as a liaison between the associate directors and you, interim managers.
I am delighted to join WAYDEN, a company full of enthusiasm and energy.
I look forward to discovering, alongside our associate directors, your backgrounds, your personalities, and your aspirations, with the aim of responding with the greatest precision to the needs of companies, helping them to take decisive steps forward.
