My challenge
I totally agree with this quote from Churchill: “An optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty while a pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity”.
Naturally, and for more than 15 years, I turned to consulting: I supported companies by providing them with solutions, I helped my teams progress, by offering them great opportunities for development. Because I like to get out of my comfort zone, I have created and managed 2 companies.
Sport is an integral part of my life through the values it develops: surpassing oneself, performance, courage and respect.
For all these reasons, I joined WAYDEN, which for me is a major player in interim management. This profession is in full evolution and I hope to bring my impetus, my vision, my analysis through my operational and managerial experiences.
