My challenge

I built my career in the consumer goods sector by moving from a large international group to a family agency, then to a company under LBO, before creating my own structure.

A graduate of ESSEC, I spent twelve years at Henkel France. I joined as an assistant product manager, where I rose to the position of marketing director and joined the management committee of the Detergents and Cleaning Products branch. I then took over the general sales management of Team Créatif, then managed the marketing in France and the international marketing of laundry care at Spotless, then owned by BC Partners, until the group was acquired by Henkel.

Over the past ten years, I have accompanied SME and ETI managers through more than 35 assignments. This experience has taught me to listen first, to understand what is at stake in each organization, and then to act at the right time.

Today, mass consumption and retail are facing profound transformations: changing expectations and environmental constraints, pressure from distribution on margins, market consolidation. By joining WAYDEN, I want to help managers overcome these milestones by mobilizing, when the situation requires it, the skills of an interim manager.
