1. BACKGROUND

The client is a committed real estate player who creates useful real estate solutions to the development of territories: for housing, for work, for health care or entertainment.

Created in 2003, it has more than 400 employees and generates a turnover of more than €400 million. The group has been listed on Euronext Growth Paris since 2014, and as a company with a mission since 2021, the company is developing a societal and environmental impact strategy.

Following a RCC in November 2023, the company’s strategy is to be able to transform the brand image in 2025 and therefore to refocus on the core business : real estate development and project management. We are asked to support the job protection plan for the group and its main subsidiary.

 

2. DISPOSITION

We proposed the intervention of an HR interim director, an expert in social dialogue and restructuring, and technically experienced in the implementation and management of PSE. Previously HR Director in listed groups going through a crisis, she has led two ESP as an interim manager.

 

3. MISSION

In support of the human resources department and the group executive director in charge of the PSE, the interim manager will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the PSE and guiding the post-PSE restructuring strategy.

The ESP covers:

  • The separation between 75 and 99p will be announced to the CSE on July 4, 2024
  • 40 to 50 positions are concerned in the functions of project management
  • 20 positions in corporate functions

The interim manager manages:

  • Crisis management intervention, high-pressure environment
  • Strengthening of the current HR Director
  • Implementation and management of PES:
    • Preparation of administrative documents,
    • Presentation to the authorities
    • Management of administrative deadlines
  • Management of social dialogue with the CSEs
