1. BACKGROUND
The customer is a veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory, intended for production animals and companion animals. This group generates more than 80% of its turnover internationally.
It develops and markets veterinary drugs for three areas (anti-infectives, pain-inflammation, cardiology-nephrology).
In 2020, it bought the global rights to a new veterinary drug at an advanced stage of development that will have to be produced and distributed in Europe (2022) and the United States (2023).
This drug is produced and supplied by the previous owner until it is transferred to the customer’s sites (France and Europe). It is therefore necessary to organise the industrial transfer.
The industrial department wishes to rely on an operational manager to take charge of and coordinate this transfer.
The scope of the project affects all departments of the factory, from Upstream Logistics to the warehouse, including Analytics and Production Team Management
2. DISPOSITION

3. MISSION
Laurent MIGNOT works under the supervision of the Industrial Projects Manager relating to Life Cycle Management and reports to the site director and the group director, industrial operations and quality.

- To ensure, through good interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of the processes and the project, to “relieve” and “free” these actors so that they can be more efficient on their operational tasks and be reassured in the control of the project schedule
- Get involved in understanding processes
- Be vigilant in particular on the challenge of the Industrialization part in manufacturing for one of the drugs (pellets)
- Anticipate all planning drifts and be a force of proposal in the event of obstacles to the smooth running of the project
- Integrate perfectly into the Executive Committee of the plant in which he or she participates, given the strategic importance of the project and more particularly by providing a look at the operational excellence of current resources.
