As a measure of confidentiality, the identity of the interim manager and the client are changed

1. BACKGROUND

Within a large French industrial group with a turnover of more than 2 billion euros, specializing in the design and manufacture of recyclable containers, the client called on WAYDEN to identify an interim manager capable of taking over one of its production sites.

The main challenge was to calm the social climate that has been particularly tense since the carve-out a few years ago.

2. THE DEVICE

WAYDEN presented a system of 3 interim managers as Plant Manager in a few days.

The interim manager who was selected is an engineer by training who capitalizes on 30 years in heavy industry in continuous fire.

3. THE MISSION

The challenges of the mission were:

manage all the plant’s investment projects,
to steer the Group’s operational excellence plan and to pursue the continuity of operations,
to implement investment projects on the plant,
define the plant’s quality, quantity, cost and production time objectives and support the teams in achieving them,
to guarantee compliance with safety, health and environmental (EHS) rules.
