1. BACKGROUND
The Client is a company specializing in optical products, including cameras, photocopiers and printers located in Paris.
The Client has undertaken a migration of its Oracle sales tool from version R11 to version R12 and needs reinforcement during this period to relieve the sales team in place in order to clean up the data and lower the balance of disputes to the lowest level.
2. DISPOSITION
The Client chose Marc BERNARD, an experienced Sales Manager with a perfect command of ORACLE in order to take charge of the Sales Department, recruit, clean up the data and help the team maintain business as usual during this preparation for the migration.
3. MISSION
Marc BERNARD’s overall role is to:
- Manage the migration of the ORACLE ERP
- Manage old disputes and support the teams not to create new disputes (prioritization of files/tasks to be carried out)
