1. BACKGROUND
The client company is a structure exclusively dedicated to IFAs for a more efficient and transversal approach to wealth management.
In May 2023, it was fully acquired by a mutual savings group in order to take a position in the IFA market.
In this context of acquisition, the company’s Executive Committee wishes to strengthen the commercial activity and requests the intervention of an interim manager in the sales support department.
2. DISPOSITION
In this context of transformation and strengthening, the Director of Marketing & Commercial Development is looking for a Director of Sales Support to take over the management of the team in place and to put in place the tools necessary for the evolution of products with distributors.
The interim manager presented by WAYDEN is an operational marketing and sales director.
Expert in wealth management with a strong experience in mutual insurance groups (COVEA, GROUPAMA) and banking (BPCE – provident service), specialist in management and business development (trainer in school).
3. MISSION
The interim manager, and in this strategic position of the organization of replacement and reinforcement to the Sales & Marketing Department (DCM), is responsible for the development of the “sales support” activity:
- Manage the interface between the Headquarters departments and the sales teams in relation with the Distributors (IFAs, Key Accounts, Partners) in the field
- Implement the tools and procedures necessary for the evolution of the company’s new products/solutions
- Lead projects and the sales support team of 5 people
- Manage the sales and middle office interface
