1. BACKGROUND
The customer belongs to a leading European pharmaceutical development and processing group. It is a French group with 1300 employees and a turnover of close to €150 million organized around 6 sites and 5 subsidiaries.
The customer employs 320 people at its Dreux site and specialises in dry forms and the manufacture of tablets, capsules, dragées and sachets.
The site’s Human Resources Director (HRD) will leave his position. The group’s Human Resources department asked WAYDEN for a bridging mission while it recruited the future HR Director.
2. DISPOSITION
Thanks to a solid network of managers from the WAYDEN pool, the WAYDEN Associate Director organized a meeting to introduce Elodie PEREZ.
An experienced interim manager, Elodie PEREZ has a total mastery of the scope of the site HR Director’s job. She has held several NAOs and professional elections. Her human qualities, which she has been able to develop through the coaching she has previously carried out, were obvious to the new director of the site to support her in her new role on the social side.
3. MISSION
This is a mission to replace the HR Director.
The mission is to take over the management of the site’s HR perimeter with 4 main challenges:
- The NAO which will start in April (2023),
- The Professional Elections that will take place in May (2023),
- To support the new site director, as he takes up his position, on the social aspect.
- Ensure the handing over of current files with the future HR Director of the site when he takes up his duties.
