1. BACKGROUND

The client is a French company with an international reach (Brazil in particular) positioned on the lunch break and the meal voucher market and which has developed a Super-app that improves the employee experience and whose head office is located in Montpellier with offices in Paris and Marseille.

The client now has a thousand employees and a turnover of €150 million.

In the context of a new acquisition followed by a merger project between several entities, the Human Resources department wishes to strengthen itself and take advantage of the experience of a Director of Social Relations in order to denounce certain agreements, work on the social pillar and renew social dialogue with employee representative bodies and employees.

 

2. DISPOSITION

Several interim managers were introduced to the client.

He chose a Director of Social Relations whose discourse was very structured and who has already supported hyper-growth companies through acquisitions.

 

3. MISSION

The mission is essentially to support the Human Resources Department in this merger:

  • strengthen social dialogue,
  • manage the redundancy of any positions,
  • denounce and negotiate certain social agreements so that the two companies work on the same basis.

It should be noted that the companies that make up the group do not have the same CCNs (Syntec and Bancaire).

This mission requires agility and a “Large Company” vision in order to structure the group. The Interim Manager will be supported by an Administration/Payroll team, a social lawyer and the convergence of HR/HRIS/Payroll tools will be managed by a dedicated team.
