1. BACKGROUND
The customer* is the leader in the independent distribution of vehicle spare parts in France and Western Europe.
The company operates in the BtoB market for the distribution of spare parts to repair professionals via a distribution chain, as well as in the BtoC market for distribution via the internet. The group has a turnover of €2 billion, and it is experiencing strong growth linked to a dynamic in their market as well as to a sustained external growth strategy. The Group Executive Committee has launched a specific leadership and management training project for the group’s 200 managers.
In this context, the client wishes to entrust the management of this project to an interim manager. The Group HR Department called on WAYDEN to set up one of their interim managers in order to ensure the management of the leadership and management training project for the group’s managers as soon as possible.
2. DISPOSITION
Thanks to a solid network of managers from the WAYDEN pre-qualified pool, the Associate Director organizes a meeting in less than 48 hours with the client, in order to introduce Estelle MONTIER, HR Director/Training Director.
3. MISSION
The mission takes place in several stages:
1) Audit to validate transformation objectives, means and budgets
2) Drafting of the training plan and preparation for its implementation
3) Execution of the transformation project from the consultation of subcontractors to the realization and follow-up of training
4) Transfer of the file to the Executive Committee team
4. ASSESSMENT
As part of this mission, Benoit DURAND-TISNES organized a monthly follow-up with Estelle MONTIER and the client. This mode of operation makes it possible to establish agile and effective communication between all parties.
The result is a success in meeting the objectives of this mission, the criticality of which is largely based on the team’s adherence to the organizational transformation project within the company.
