1. BACKGROUND
The client is a group active in the health sector with numerous retirement homes and care clinics.
The group’s Tax Department wishes to strengthen its team and calls on an interim manager, on a reinforcement mission, qualified, experienced and operational immediately to ensure the role of Tax Specialist on a French and International scope.
2. DISPOSITION
Thanks to a solid network of managers from the WAYDEN pool, Alexandra GARNIER, Associate Director, organizes a meeting with the client, in order to present Pierre GREZO, recently available, whose career as a Tax Specialist is in good line with the technical and human skills sought.
Pierre GREZO has more than 25 years of experience in taxation. Varied experience within multinationals and audit firms in both a national and international environment, broad technical tax expertise – French and international – both in a context of restructuring and growth or knowledge of the health sector and some of its specificities (VAT; payroll tax / sectorisation; sectoral taxes, etc.)
3. MISSION
Reporting to the Corporate Tax Director, Pierre GREZO’s overall role is to deal with tax missions entrusted by the Tax Department, particularly on M&A transactions.
4. ASSESSMENT
As part of this mission, Alexandra GARNIER agreed on a monthly follow-up with Pierre GREZO and the client. This mode of operation has made it possible to establish agile and effective communication between all parties. The mission was a great success, the criticality of which was largely based on its ability to manage its scope in a context of very high volume of acquisitions.
