When Fabrice ROY (*) goes on a mission

1. BACKGROUND
The customer is a veterinary pharmaceutical laboratory, intended for production animals and companion animals. This group generates more than 80% of its turnover internationally.
It develops and markets veterinary drugs for three areas (anti-infectives, pain-inflammation, cardiology-nephrology).
In 2020, it bought the global rights to a new veterinary drug at an advanced stage of development that will have to be produced and distributed in Europe (2022) and the United States (2023).
2. DISPOSITION
WAYDEN, having a recognized know-how in the management of operations and in the pharmaceutical sector, Florent HEURTAULT, Associate Director, organizes a meeting with the customer by videoconference, in order to introduce Fabrice ROY.
He has more than 30 years of experience as a Specialist (up to directorships) in supply chain with recognized players in the pharmaceutical industry, and is a good fit for the technical and human skills sought.
A recognized manager, Fabrice has the operational feedback necessary for the proper execution of the mission.
3. MISSION
Fabrice ROY works under the supervision of the Director of Global Supply Chain who reports to the Group Director, Industrial Operations and Quality.
Fabrice is a member of the team of 2 project teams:
- A global launch team
- An industrialization sub-project team
The main missions of the WAYDEN manager are as follows:
- Ensure that finished products are in the right place at the right time in each country before launch.
- Define and secure product flows.
- Involve and coordinate with the Group Supply Chain Director for key decisions to be made
- Transfer the project to the Group Supply Chain Director.
