When André Richard (*) goes on assignment

1. CONTEXT
The company, separated from its parent company since 2011, is listed on the stock exchange. It operates two major factories located in Europe and employs over 10,000 people.
2. APPROACH
Hiring an interim manager was the ideal, rapid and flexible solution for replacing a key employee on his departure, pending a future recruitment.
3. MISSION
During his four-month (renewable) assignment, André Richard, supported by a WAYDEN associate director, managed three strategic projects:
- Carrying out a QHSE diagnosis and drawing up proposals for action for presentation to the management committee.
- Deploying the validated proposals.
- Training the new position holder, recruited in the meantime.
