These French companies have been recognised in the European Great Place to Work ranking

Only a handful of companies labelled in the French ranking of companies where it is good to work are present in the European ranking. These include Davidson Consulting and Kiabi.In March, 85 French companies received the Great Place to Work 2017 label, promoting their innovative managerial practices. Interviewed by Challenges, Patrick Dumoulin, Managing Director of Great Place to Work in France, was pleased to see so many French companies taking into account the well-being of their employees. “French companies no longer have anything to envy to the stars of Silicon Valley,” repeated Patrick Dumoulin. But before competing with the United States, how do French companies compare in Europe?

Kiabi, the only French multinational to be labelled

On 8 June, the institution unveiled its European ranking of the best companies to work for. And only a handful of companies labelled in France are present in the European rankings. Divided into four categories (less than 50 employees, 50 to 500, 500 to 5,000 and more than 5,000 employees), there are 125 winners this year, compared to 100 in 2016.
