WAYDEN invites all its employees to adopt more eco-responsible behaviors in a fun way with Energic!
Since the launch date of the challenge, WAYDEN, a specialist in interim management, has been inviting its employees to adopt more eco-responsible behaviors in the office but also when teleworking. To do this, WAYDEN has decided to join the LUCIE Community’s inter-company Environmental Challenge.
As part of its CSR policy, WAYDEN is committed to improving its societal and environmental impact: provision of multiple sorting bins, manual management of lighting, heating and air conditioning, limitation of printing, and for unavoidable printing, favor as much as possible black and white printing and double/sided, mineral water distributed through a “water bubble” fountain whose container is recycled, recycling of used coffee capsules, possibility of teleworking to limit travel, carpooling to and from company events. All contributions, even small ones, have a positive cumulative effect on our environment. With the Energic challenge, WAYDEN also wishes to raise awareness among its employees, and ideally their families, about the adoption of more eco-responsible gestures on a daily basis.
For 3 months, WAYDEN employees will carry out many fun challenges developed by Energic to facilitate the evolution of behaviors. Through an application with educational content, they will be able to train at their own pace and reduce their carbon footprint.
Participating in the Energic Challenge is a simple, fun and unifying way to immediately create responsible reflexes at the level of Wayden, which was awarded the CSR label in 2021.

By calling on Energic to raise awareness among its employees, WAYDEN has opted for an innovative method in business: gamification (the use of game mechanics in learning situations). Through the Energic application, players, divided into tribes, are invited to complete individual or collective missions earning them experience or team points, as well as totems. This method, used for sustainable development, is a powerful lever for positive action to contribute to the fight against climate change.
It’s up to us!
