We anticipate the project roll-out by interviewing 40 candidates each week from a list of over a hundred applicants. They’re evaluated on their motivation, flexibility and interpersonal skills based on very specific criteria. If unanimously approved by our teams beforehand, they join WAYDEN SELECTION, our dynamic pool of interim managers.

This ongoing selection process guarantees our clients the best professionals – experienced women and men, specialists or ultra-specialists, with great social adaptability and able to keep a cool head in difficult or urgent situations.
