My challenge
I am a black belt in karate. It’s not a detail. Karate taught me something that I apply every day: observe, analyze, act with precision. And knowing how to wait for the right moment. This is the common thread that runs through my twenty years in mergers and acquisitions. First at Deloitte, then at Société Générale as M&A director, then as an entrepreneur alongside investment funds and large corporates. Three experiences, the same conviction: behind each figure, there is a human and operational reality that you have to know how to read. That’s why I joined WAYDEN. After analyzing hundreds of companies from all angles — financial, operational, strategic — I wanted to put this experience at the service of something very concrete: finding the right person for the right situation.
