Since graduating from EDHEC in 1991, I’ve held various marketing positions, from Product Manager (Leroy-Merlin, Jacob-Delafon) to Marketing & Communication Director (Ariston Thermo Group). I’ve also been an Executive Committee member (Majencia).
An interim manager for the past four years, I’ve headed up projects for companies in France and Belgium. I develop marketing, strategic and operational projects (segmentation of supply, e-shops, CRM, brand activation, branding, omni-channel customer experience, digital transformation), reorganise teams (coaching, training, change management) and structure processes and departments (business piloting, analysis).
I’ve built up my expertise in highly competitive technical markets such as the industrial and chemical sectors (Bridgestone) – and in particular construction, energy and HVAC (EDF, Luminus Belgium, Acoem, Haemers Technologies) –, financial services (Edenred) and B2B2C distribution (Frans Bonhomme).
My task is to focus on the expected results, while maintaining hindsight and the ability to recommend and advise. To this end, I am at the service of the project, from A to Z. The challenge lies in managing a multitude of stakeholders – distributors, contractors, maintenance companies, prescribers, regulatory authorities, public and private certifying bodies, etc. The secret to success is involving all these stakeholders in a coherent way. I always make sure I pay the greatest attention to in-house teams without ever losing sight of the client’s objectives.
