1. CONTEXT
The client is a food group with a passion for creating innovative flavours and a demand for high quality products.
The recent creation of a new product led to the emergence of new export requirements for one of the former factories, requiring increased volumes that remain unpredictable and necessitate constant readjustments. The challenge of the mission was to structure the environment and implement flexibility.
2. APPROACH
The WAYDEN associate director in charge of the project proposed a seasoned interim manager with experience in factory restructuring. She herself is very experienced in the industrial field.
3. MISSION
The mission entailed implementing change management at the executive board level, the team level and the organisational level, leading to the introduction of a flexibility agreement.
