WAYDEN invites its employees to adopt more eco-responsible habits in a light-hearted way with Energic!

Since the launch of the challenge, WAYDEN, an interim management specialist, has been inviting its employees to adopt more eco-responsible habits both at the office and when working from home. To do this, WAYDEN decided to join the LUCIE Community’s inter-company Environmental Challenge. As part of its CSR policy, WAYDEN is committed to improving its societal and environmental impact: providing multiple sorting bins; manually controlling lighting, heating and air-conditioning; limiting printing and favouring black and white and recto/verso printing as much as possible; distributing mineral water through a “water bubble” fountain whose container is recycled; recycling used coffee capsules; encouraging employees to work at home to limit travel; encouraging carpooling to and from company events, etc. All contributions, no matter how small, have a positive cumulative effect on our environment. With the Energic challenge, WAYDEN is also looking to raise awareness among its employees, and ideally their families, too, to adopt more eco-responsible habits on a daily basis. Over three months, WAYDEN employees will complete a number of fun challenges designed by Energic to help them change their behaviour. Using an app with educational content, employees can learn at their own pace and reduce their carbon footprint.
Taking part in the Energic Challenge is a simple, fun and rallying way to develop responsible reflexes at the WAYDEN – CSR labelled in 2021 – level.
Philine KLOP and Mélanie MARQUES - Corporate Development Manager and Marketing Project Manager   By using Energic to raise employee awareness, WAYDEN has deployed an innovative business method: gamification, or the use of game mechanisms in learning situations. With the Energic app, players are divided into tribes and are invited to complete individual or collective tasks that earn them experience, team points or totems. This method, placed at the service of sustainable development, is a powerful lever for positive action to contribute, together, to the fight against climate change. Let’s go!
