WAYDEN awarded its CSR label

WAYDEN is proud to announce its CSR certification. We are the first interim management firm to be awarded the LUCIE label, a certification fully in line with our operational excellence approach. The LUCIE 26000 standard is a practical, pragmatic version of the ISO 26000 standard for organisations. Its objective is to help businesses, whatever their nature, to appropriate the various themes of social responsibility. At WAYDEN, we believe that quality of life at work, the implementation of responsible governance, respect for the rules of deontology and ethics, gender equality, and the preservation of the environment are fundamental notions for the sustainable exercise of high quality interim management. It is towards our stakeholders – clients, managers and employees – that we are committing ourselves today to this approach that promotes sustainable development and meets the needs of future generations. We hope that this first label in the interim management market will not be the only one, and that it will encourage our colleagues to become more involved in sustainable development.
