My challenge

Today, it seems urgent to me to consider the 4th industrial revolution. My current challenge is to build this new world with the clients that are active in our country. I can help them reinvent themselves and develop in a context where demographic growth, eco-responsibility, digital technology, artificial intelligence and more recently health have become major challenges.

I am fascinated by the impact of IT and digital technology on our daily lives and its ability to transform our industries and our companies.

I chose to start my professional career at Capgemini. First in a commercial role, then in a managerial role on strategic and operational transformation projects in various sectors of activity (services, industry, retail, health), both in the para-public and private sectors.

I have also founded and managed several companies in the food industry with a vision of progress, rethinking customer experience, performance and added value.

One of my last missions consisted in accompanying the general management of a family-owned mid sized company, expanding rapidly. I set up and managed its transformation program to organize and support this growth phase. This is how I discovered and became aware of the multiple benefits of interim management.

My character

To move the lines, to get out of the framework, to innovate in a fun and benevolent way by listening, persevering and being efficient.

Optimistic, natural, true, empathetic.

My passions

I am multi-passionate: mother, musician, sportswoman, reader, baker, traveler…

More generally, in my life, I like to build bridges between people or disciplines.
