A graduate of Arts & Métiers ParisTech and specialised in industrial and logistics management (ISLI Kedge), I’ve held various operational and supply chain management positions in industrial, retail and e-commerce environments (Hachette Filipacchi Presse, Duni, Goodyear-Dunlop, BaByliss, Showroomprive.com, etc.).
For the past ten years, I’ve also been working on a number of interim management projects (Mondelez, InVivo, Samsung). As an expert in high-level consulting and operations management, I help businesses identify crisis situations or step in to replace an unexpected managerial vacancy.
The challenge that I’m familiar with is how to build, turn around and transform supply chains in complex business environments to make them a real added value for customers and company performance. My areas of expertise are in industry, retail and distribution – BtoB and BtoC (e-commerce) by integrating Cross-Channel and supply chain digitalisation. I also co-drive IT transformation projects.
During my projects, I imagine, design and implement high-performing and innovative industrial and logistics organisations. It’s by focusing on how I can contribute that I can engage the project teams and the operational teams.
