Here are 5 examples of functions for which interim management is particularly in demand:

  • The Director-General

The interim manager can first of all intervene in the position of Managing Director in certain situations. The expertise of an interim CEO will be used to replace a manager who is absent or has left his or her position, to support a period of crisis threatening the survival of the company, or to lead a deep transformation project involving all of the company’s departments.
